Marketing Specialist Finance & Payments

As part of American Signature, Inc.’s Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist, Financing and Payments will leverage strong analytical skills support our credit and alternative payment solutions, including our Private Label Credit Card (PLCC) program and Lease-To-Own (LTO) financing, to drive customer acquisition and retention. This role will play a critical part in a fast-paced retail environment by providing insights, maintaining efficient program operations, and collaborating closely with Marketing, Store Operations, Finance, IT, and our third-party payment providers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to drive program success.

What your day will look like:

  • Act as a key support resource for all financing activities that impact various departments (e.g., Marketing, Store Operations, Finance, IT)

  • Coordinate with third-party financing partners and support relationship management between ASI and external partners

  • Support the development and implementation of tactics meant to drive financed sales and customer acquisition/retention

  • Develop, monitor, and report on the performance metrics of ASI’s financing programs, providing insights, conclusions, and actionable strategic recommendations on an ongoing basis

  • Collaborate on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews; contribute to KPI tracking, analysis, and reporting

  • Work closely with Marketing and Store Operations teams to develop collateral, messaging, and traditional/digital assets tied to all financing programs

  • Assist in research and planning efforts for future program enhancements, including loyalty programs and integrated marketing initiatives


Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Marketing, or Business Management

  • 3–5 years of experience in credit program or private label credit card management, with a focus on analytics and support roles

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to perform financial analysis

  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively
  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communication skills

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize, work on multiple projects, and be flexible

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Ability to build effective relationships within the team and with cross-functional partners & third-party vendors
