An Internship Program Committed to Building a Diverse and Inclusive Workforce

American Signature, Inc. is committed to building diversity at all levels within our organization. To work toward this commitment, our summer internships are offered to students who identify with a group that is historically underrepresented in corporate leadership. This includes (but is not limited to) Black, Hispanic, Native American and female students. Our program's goal is to attract and prepare these students for future opportunities within our organization.

Our 10-week internship program takes place during the summer, both virtually and at our corporate headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Our internships offer intensive on-the-job training, exposure to senior leadership and an opportunity to make an impact on the business. All summer internships are paid and come with great perks such as discounts at Value City Furniture, DSW and American Eagle stores. Interns end the program with an understanding of our company's culture and values and have early access to our full-time job opportunities.
