Our 10-week internship program takes place during the summer, both virtually and at our corporate headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Our internships offer intensive on-the-job training, exposure to senior leadership and an opportunity to make an impact on the business. All summer internships are paid and come with great perks such as discounts at Value City Furniture, DSW and American Eagle stores. Interns end the program with an understanding of our company's culture and values and have early access to our full-time job opportunities.
