Lab Store Lead Coordinator

Our company includes more than 120  family-owned and operated stores. As the Lab Store Coordinator Lead you are a part of this family and critical to our success. Under the Sr. Lab Store Manager’s direction,  you will achieve assigned goals and objectives efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.

 

What your day will look like:

  • Assists in the training and retaining of high quality team members who exhibit our values
  • Partners with Manager to ensure daily direction and continuous development of the Lab Store team
  • Leads Lab Store team to ensure highest level of customer service standards are executed in Lab Store
  • Provides feedback and innovative ideas to Manager on building a more successful operation in the Lab Store
  • Ensures proper execution of best practices related to Lab Store preparation and processes
  • Oversees unloading/loading of inbound and outbound merchandise
  • Supports inventory control in the Lab Store directed by Manager
  • Ensures new vendor merchandise is processed and set up visually for the Merchandising Team Members to evaluate
  • Achieves assigned goals and objectives in an efficient, accurate and timely manner consistent with Manager direction
  • Drives various company vehicles including, but not limited to, a straight box truck and forklift.
  • Transfers merchandise using company computer system (AS400). Ensures information entered is accurate and timely
  • May require off-site photo shoots/visits as well as special projects

Requirements

  • 2+ years of warehouse, delivery or distribution leadership experience
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to effectively present info
  • Valid Ohio Drive’s license
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Proven experience in strategic and organizational development, including the ability to attract, develop and retain best in class talent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel programs
  • Track record of servant leadership; serving others and putting team goals first
  • Owners mindset; takes ownership over everything within scope of responsibility while still empowering others to do the same
  • Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems
