What your day will look like

  • Develop email, SMS and direct mail marketing strategies to support broader brand growth and retention goals
  • Manage day-to-day execution of email, SMS and direct mail programs
    • May include: Daily building, proofing/QC, scheduling, deployment of campaigns
  • Collaborate with Creative team to develop email, SMS and direct mail content to meet goals and timelines
  • Drive ongoing program optimization through comprehensive A/B testing strategy
  • Track, monitor, and analyze KPIs including developing/enhancing a weekly reporting process for base metrics and A/B test learnings
  • Manage email, SMS and direct mail list growth, retention, and maintenance against growth KPIs
  • Work directly with CSM, vendor & internal partners as primary day to day contact
  • Identify symmetries and efficiencies between email, SMS and direct mail programs
  • Identify triggers for emails, SMS, direct mail and flows for automation
  • Stay up to date on email, SMS and direct mail marketing trends, best-in-class examples, personalization, etc.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in email, SMS, CRM marketing automation (experience with Bluecore and/or Attentive preferred, direct mail experience preferred)
  • Track record for driving growth and retention with email & SMS marketing (direct mail experience preferred)
  • Experience crafting successful email & SMS campaigns from idea to execution (direct mail experience preferred)

  • High attention to detail and extremely organized
  • Experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare)
  • Excellent Excel & Powerpoint skills
