Digital Marketing Manager

American Signature, Inc., a leading retailer in the furniture industry, is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a pivotal player on the Marketing Strategy team, you’ll spearhead the execution of our comprehensive paid media strategy, propelling business growth and maximizing media impact. Collaborating closely with our external agency, you'll lead day-to-day performance and optimization of our digital marketing channels, spanning Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate, and Video. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute digital marketing strategies across upper, mid, and lower full channels, including paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, and video, in partnership with external agency
  • Manage day-to-day execution, optimization, and budget allocation aligned with defined KPIs and business goals
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Merchandising, Creative, Operations, Ecommerce, and Finance, to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
  • Drive execution of tests on the paid media roadmap, focused on audiences, creative and campaign setup
  • Oversee creative briefs for all paid media campaigns and assets, working closely with the creative team to maintain brand standards and platform best practices; ensure that cross-functional teams are equipped with insights on content performance to inform future content strategies and briefs
  • Support quarterly forecasting, goal-setting, and reporting for digital marketing channels
  • Analyze data weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to identify opportunities for optimization and iterative testing, presenting relevant metrics to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Foster relationships with platform media partners to drive innovation, expansion, and optimization of digital marketing channels
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies to ensure digital marketing strategies remain competitive and effective
  • Lead, manage, and mentor direct reports


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience
  • 1-2 years of experience managing direct report(s)
  • Proven track record of managing digital marketing programs and optimizing campaigns for performance
  • Experience working with external marketing agencies
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Google Analytics
  • Ability to synthesize data and turn it into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external teams
  • Self-starter with a strong bias for action
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in technology and consumer behavior
